Welcome! My name is Brenna Leadingham (she/they) and I am looking forward to joining you on your journey here. I like to think of a therapist as having a toolbox of sorts, with different tools and ideas available for whatever project you want to tackle. I am here to help you decide what tools will help you create the life that you want, and I am here to help you learn how to use them. We are partners in your journey. I have a BS in psychological sciences from Ball State University and I am currently working on my master’s degree in social work. I prefer a Humanistic approach to therapy, combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and strive for you to find self-acceptance through identifying your strengths and learning self-love. While I look forward to working with you, I do have a special interest in adolescents and adults aged 15 and older who are experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQIA+ issues or concerns.
