Hi there, I’m Jasmine, a Master’s-level student on my journey to becoming your future Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I want you to know this: I’ll hold onto hope for you until you’re ready to carry it yourself.
Every person is unique, and I honor the individuality you bring to this journey. Together, we’ll explore your life through a holistic lens—looking at the biological, psychological, and social factors that may be contributing to what you’re going through. My approach is flexible and tailored to fit you, ensuring you feel seen, heard, and supported.
I specialize in working with individuals who are ready to address the pain of traumatic experiences, especially those with a history of sexual abuse. Many of my clients come to me feeling invisible, unheard, or stuck—struggling with anxiety, depression, or a lost sense of identity. I’m also passionate about helping young teens navigate the pressures of cultural expectations and self-discovery, as well as supporting those with social anxiety, perfectionism, or a history of trauma.
If you’re ready to take the first step, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and understanding. Together, we’ll work toward healing and growth—at your pace.
